Meditation Class
1 hour
Join me for an hours meditation class at the beginning of October at out Bracknell clinic and Online. Beginners welcome. Class starts with some light stretches followed by a seated eye open meditation then a relaxing guided meditation, where you can lay down if you’re comfortable doing so. The studio is well ventilated with 4 open windows and a good through draft.
